The Knights of Nicky-Nicky Wiki
This is the Debian Internationalisation (i18n) Task Force (aka The Knights of Nicky-Nicky) Wiki.
|
Note: This wiki is read-only for most of people. |
The objective is to document what is available in our server (i18n.debian.net). Information about i18n/l10n regarding Debian in general should be added to the Debian Wiki: http://wiki.debian.org/I18n
Interesting starting points:
RecentChanges: see where people are currently working
Interesting links:
Pootle server: this is an experimental server for localisation material in Debian. It uses Pootle from WordForge.
Translation statistics: evolution of the translation contained in Debian (po-debconf, other PO, manpages). Some interesting sub links for po-debconf translations: unstable+BTS unstable testing. It still has to move to a final place.
Coordination pages: Coordination pages for the Debian translation teams which use pseudo-urls (ar, ca, nl, en, fr, de, pt, es, tr).
l10n NMU Campaign: Rank pages by package and by maintainer to prioritize NMUs
i18n NMU Campaign: Likely to be outdated, it lists the possible targets for the l10n NMU Campaign.
Translation material: this is the translation material gathered daily from the Debian packages.
compendiums: compendia files made out of the Debian translation material. Use these compendia to start a new translation, to do QA on the Debian translations, etc.
DDTP: Debian Descriptions Translation Project
DDTSS: The Debian Distributed Translation Server Satellite, with nice statistics about translated descriptions in etch, lenny and sid.
Debian l10n statistics: Statistics about the various languages and targets
